Account deletion

DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
& DATA.

You can permanently delete your TraffCoins account and the data tied to it at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1

FROM INSIDE THE APP (FASTEST)

  1. Open the TraffCoins app and sign in.
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account (just below Sign Out).
  4. Confirm your identity (password or a one-time code sent to your phone).
  5. Tap Delete Forever.

Business accounts follow the same steps from the business dashboard.

Your account and profile are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.

Option 2

BY REQUEST

If you can no longer sign in, email us from the email address or with the phone number linked to your account, and we'll process the deletion for you:

WHAT GETS DELETED

When your account is deleted, we remove:

  • Your login account (email or phone) Deleted
  • Your profile (name, email, phone) Deleted
  • Your coin balance and lifetime earnings Deleted
  • Your coupon redemption history Deleted
  • For business accounts: your offer, uploaded logo, and coin-receipt log Deleted

WHAT MAY BE KEPT

Records we are required to retain for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons may be held for a limited period, in de-identified form where possible, and are then deleted. We do not keep your data longer than needed.Limited retention
