Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your TraffCoins account and the data tied to it at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — From inside the app (fastest)

Open the TraffCoins app and sign in.
Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm your identity (password or a one-time code sent to your phone).
Tap Delete Forever.

Your account and profile are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.

Option 2 — By request

If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion for you:

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

Your login account (email or phone) Deleted
Your profile (name, email, phone) Deleted
Your coin balance and lifetime earnings Deleted
Your coupon redemption history Deleted
For business accounts: your offer, uploaded logo, and coin-receipt log Deleted

What may be kept

Records we are required to retain for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons may be held for a limited period, in de-identified form where possible, and are then deleted. We do not keep your data longer than needed. Limited retention
